  • Booking information — when you schedule an appointment through Calendly, including your name, email, and any information you provide in booking forms. This data is collected and processed by Calendly in accordance with their own privacy policy.

  • Communications — if you contact us directly via email or reply to our emails, we may retain the content of those communications.

Information Collected Automatically:

  • Wix Analytics — Our Site is hosted on Wix, which automatically collects certain usage data including pages visited, time spent on pages, referring URLs, browser type, device type, and approximate geographic location (country/region level). This data is aggregated and used to understand how visitors interact with our Site.

  • Third-party service cookies — Our embedded MailerLite forms and Calendly booking widgets may set cookies or use similar technologies to function properly and track form submissions. We do not set any additional cookies beyond what these services require
