Welcome to acu-fit.com (the "Site"), operated by Acu-Fit Inc. ("Acu-Fit," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Site.
1. Overview of Services
Acu-Fit provides an informational website that offers:
- Information about sports acupuncture, fitness coaching, and wellness services
- Free downloadable health and wellness guides

- Workshop waitlist registration

No products are sold through this Site. All in-person services, treatments, and consultations are provided at the Acu-Fit studio and are subject to separate agreements and policies.

Appointments booked through our Site are facilitated by Calendly, a third-party scheduling service. By booking an appointment:

- You understand that booking confirmations, reminders, and cancellation policies are managed through Calendly and Acu-Fit's office policies
- You agree to Calendly's [Terms of Use](https://calendly.com/terms) for the booking process
Cancellation and rescheduling policies for in-person services will be communicated at the time of booking or during your consultation.
5. Email Subscriptions
By submitting your name and/or email address through any form on our Site, you consent to receive email communications from Acu-Fit, including:
